ATTORNEY CRAIG D. EARNHART
Craig D. Earnhart is a lifelong Floridian who was born and raised in Delray Beach. After graduating from Atlantic High School in 1977, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business from Southern Methodist University in 1981, followed by his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida in 1984. He has been practicing law since 1985 and has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families who have been injured due to the negligence of others.
Early in his legal career, Craig worked for Progressive Insurance, where he gained valuable insight into how insurance companies investigate and evaluate injury claims. That experience gives him a unique advantage when negotiating with insurers and advocating for the compensation his clients deserve.
For more than 40 years, Craig has represented clients throughout Delray Beach and Palm Beach County with honesty, dedication, and personal attention. As a solo attorney, every client works directly with Craig from the initial consultation through the resolution of their case. Call our office immediately. Do not discuss the accident with others, or the other party’s insurance company, until after you have consulted an attorney. You will receive obligation-free guidance from us promptly.
How do I pay your legal fees?
We handle your case on a contingency fee basis. This means you pay no legal fees unless we recover monies for you. If there is no recovery, all legal fees are waived.
Do I have a claim even if the other motorist has no insurance?
Yes. If you have uninsured motorist coverage on your insurance policy, you can be compensated even if the other party has no insurance or doesn’t have adequate coverage.
I’m concerned about my medical bills. How will these be paid?
